This advice will assist you to maintain bone mineral density and minimise your risk of fractures into the future.
This product is a more detailed pictorial exercise program for generalised health. It does not take into account your medical or health conditions. It is most suitable for people in the preventative phase of bone health or those with mild-moderate osteopaenia. The advice remains relevant for people with more severe bony changes however care must be taken with certain exercises and consultation with a Physiotherapist or GP should occur before commencement.
